Reporting an infringement
Send a notice to neecomtech@gmail.com containing: identification of the protected work; the URL and description of the material at issue; your name and contact details; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
Review and response
We may request additional information, restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a complete notice, notify the contributor and take appropriate action. Misrepresentations in a notice may carry legal consequences.
Trademarks and club crests
Club names, competition names, crests and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Any limited use is for identification, commentary and editorial reporting and does not imply affiliation or endorsement. Rights holders may contact us with a specific concern.
