How to request a correction
Email sportvanta247@gmail.com. Include the article URL, the passage in question, why you believe it is inaccurate and reliable supporting evidence. Clearly identify a privacy, safety or legal concern if one applies.
How we review requests
We examine the original material, relevant sources, newer evidence and the importance of the alleged error. We may contact the requester for clarification. A disagreement with clearly labelled analysis, opinion or prediction does not by itself establish a factual error.
How corrections appear
Minor spelling, grammar, formatting or style changes may be made without a notice when they do not alter meaning. A material factual correction should include a visible note explaining what was wrong, what changed and when the correction was made.
When an article has been substantially updated rather than corrected, we may add an update note or revise its last-reviewed date. We do not silently rewrite a materially inaccurate claim in a way that hides the original problem.
Retractions, removals and legal concerns
Removal or retraction is reserved for exceptional circumstances, including serious legal, privacy, safety, rights or fundamental-accuracy issues. Where practical, we prefer a transparent correction, clarification or added context over deletion.
Reader-submitted evidence
Submitting a correction does not guarantee a requested change. We assess the evidence independently and may preserve records needed to document our review. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information unless it is necessary.
Appeals and further questions
If you believe a correction decision overlooked material evidence, reply with the additional information and request a second review. Final editorial decisions remain with Bakesim.
