Bakesim respects copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property rights. This page explains how rights holders can report material available on bakesim.com.
Submitting a copyright notice
Send a written notice to sportvanta247@gmail.com containing:
- Your full name and reliable contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list when one notice covers several works.
- The exact Bakesim URL and a clear description of the material at issue.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may delay our review. Please consider whether quotation, commentary, criticism, news reporting or another legal exception may apply before submitting a notice.
Review and action
We may request clarification, preserve relevant records, restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a sufficiently detailed notice, notify the contributor and take action we consider appropriate. Removal is not guaranteed merely because a notice is submitted.
Counter-notices
If material you provided was removed or restricted because of a copyright notice and you believe that resulted from mistake or misidentification, contact us with the affected URL, an explanation and evidence supporting your position. We may request the formal statements and jurisdictional information required by applicable law before restoring material.
Repeat infringement
Where appropriate and technically possible, we may restrict contributors or services associated with repeated, substantiated infringement.
Trademarks, club crests and publicity rights
Club names, competition names, player names, crests and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Limited use for identification, commentary and editorial reporting does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Rights holders should identify the relevant right, exact URL, specific material and requested remedy.
Misrepresentation and privacy
Knowingly submitting false or misleading claims may have legal consequences. Notices may be shared with affected parties or service providers as reasonably required to process the request. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary.
